Terms of Service

1. The base price is for 1 character.
2. Full payment after sketch (via PAYPAL or Ko-fi)
3. Any complex detail in the character design may apply an additional charge.
4. Estimation work after paid full 7-14 days. I might ask for extra time if I think I need it. Rush orders will be applied with additional charges up to 10%-50% of the total price.
5. Additional fees for major revisions.
6. Commercial use will be charged 1,5x - 4x the normal price.
7. For IDR, $1 = Rp. 8000

2. Full payment after key animation has been agreed on. (via PayPal)
3. Additional price for complicated designs (Discuss it with us first!)
4. Estimated time of delivery will be around 1 - 2 months. (depends on difficulty, we might ask for extra time if we think we need it)
5. Additional price for deadline.
6. Major revisions (Change of characters, concept, movements, etc.) will require extra payment.
7. Minor revisions max 5x. More than that will be charged $2/revision.
8. Duration of the animation will be up to 3 minutes.
9. PLEASE GIVE US DETAILED REFERENCES❤

❤ For personal use, we will be posting the result to our social medias. There will be additional price ($15) if you don't want us to post it.
❤ NO HIT AND RUN. (No cancellation before payment)
❤ 60% refund for cancellation after key animation has been agreed on.
❤ For personal use, we retain all the rights to our work. So, no reselling and using our animation for commercial use unless you paid for it.
